There is no visible damage. I don't see any rust either. However, even when I put in a battery, it stops working quickly. There were times when it worked well... I contacted the manufacturer, and they said it's a defective product. I may have turned the hands the wrong way or used it incorrectly. I was going to dispose of it, but the parts are clean, so I kept it as spare parts for repair. I'm now listing it as junk. Since it doesn't function as a clock, I recommend it to those who can use the parts or as an object/interior decoration.
