This is a set of 5 packs of Kita no Kaitekikobo's "Hyaloaide," each pack containing 6 sheets, for a total of 30 sheets. A dedicated supporter is not included. It can be used with a knee supporter. Unopened, brand new. These are sheet-type hyaluronic acid patches that you apply directly to your knees. Each sheet contains approximately 6.6mg of hyaluronic acid. Use once a day before bed. While some people may experience skin problems, I personally had no issues and found them cool and pleasant. The effectiveness varies from person to person, so I can't say for sure. I stopped using them after starting to get injections in my knee, so I'm selling them. They originally come in a box, but these are the 5 individual packs.
