As this item was stored at my parents' home, I don't have all the details, but it appears to have been manufactured around 1933-1953. There are scratches and stains on the bottom of the saucers. There are a few small black spots. There is a scratch or stain on the cup handle, but it's unclear which; it feels rough to the touch (photo 14).
