The basic idea is to move them with your hand and repeatedly make the clacking sound (clack, clack) when the two balls hit each other. It's tricky to get the timing right, but it's fun and satisfying when you succeed. There also seems to be a way to play where you spin one and try to swap the balls by hitting them together.
