Here is a chick hat from Daiso. Thank you for viewing. I bought this a few years ago, probably at Daiso, for a few hundred yen, either 300 or 500 yen, I'm not sure. I haven't used it, and it has been stored in a drawer. It is designed to be fastened under the chin by inserting the right pom-pom into the slit on the left. The small red comb is cute.
