This is a Seiko pocket watch. The back cover is engraved with "Presented by the Prime Minister." The size is 42mm top to bottom, 56mm side to side (including the hanging ring). A chain is included. Please also check the condition in the photos. The battery was replaced for the listing. It was just replaced, so I don't think it will need maintenance for a while.
