This is a barber's scissors that was at my parents' house. My parents apparently bought it a long time ago from a professional beauty and barber supply store. They don't remember the purchase price, but they said it was quite expensive. It's engraved with "Takagi Riki Tokusen Hikari Taka." Also, we don't have a sharpener at home, so I recommend it to someone who has one. Please understand that there are stains and scratches. I'm open to price negotiations, so feel free to ask.
