This is a Popeye wine cork purchased during a trip abroad. It's currently difficult to find, both domestically and internationally, making it a rare item. The cork features Popeye and Olive figures. It's practical for use, and also looks great as a collectible or decorative item. While there are minor scratches and paint imperfections due to its age, there is no significant damage, and I believe it's in good condition for a vintage item.
