Although unused, there is discoloration that appears to be due to aging, such as whitening. There is also something that looks like dirt on the heel brake, but it may be discoloration of the paint (cause unknown). There may be some dirt or minor scratches from the time of purchase or during transportation and storage. Please understand that there may be deterioration in the strength of the plastic due to aging before purchasing. The product box will be sealed directly with packing tape, and the shipping label will be affixed directly to it.
