Purchased at Yasukuni Shrine, but stored unused in a closet. Due to closet storage, there is some yellowing, as shown in the second photo, although it's difficult to see. There are two sizes: large and medium. The large size is probably the same size as those displayed at police boxes on holidays. As a bonus, I'll also include a small national flag, also a prize from Yasukuni Shrine, making a total of three items!
