This is a LeSportsac pouch with a tissue pocket. I've placed a pocket tissue next to it so you can see the size. It's new and unused, but has been stored at home for a long time. I received it as a souvenir from a trip abroad, and according to the tag, it seems to be a limited edition item from Hawaii or Guam.
