This is a Sterling Silver 925 Medicine Wheel. It is unused and new. For your reference, I have included a comparison with a Goros Medicine Wheel in the latter half of the images. They are almost the same size and indistinguishable. I personally use this as a substitute because reassembling is troublesome. There is also an indentation on the back.
