I purchased this the other day. It didn't come with a box originally, just wrapped in pink MIU MIU paper, so the included items are only what's shown in the photos. It's around a 23.5, but the salesperson recommended size II, so that's the size. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
