This is the first Honda car in the "Vintage" series, a limited edition miniature car of the early model sedan of the "Honda 1300," which debuted in 1969. The "Honda 1300," known as the last car that founder Soichiro Honda was involved in developing, obtained an unprecedented 178 patents, including a unique dual air-cooled engine. As the advertising copy at the time stated, it was a "super sedan that challenges the world" and was a symbol of Honda in the 1960s.
