This is a LAMY CP1 twin pen. It has been stored in its original condition since it was sold. It's from the era when Pentel was the general agent, and I've never seen one in the same condition. The clip has a "W. GERMANY" marking (made in West Germany). Since it's been a long time since its release, the ink and springs inside may have deteriorated due to aging.
