Carter's is a baby clothing brand with over 100 years of history in the United States. This item was purchased for me by an acquaintance at a US military base in Okinawa. The tag says "9 months" only, but it seems to be for 70-80cm. It's a skirt, but the inside is lined so that the diaper won't be visible. *Inspected and home-cleaned to the best of my amateur ability.
