The risk was too high, so I just made a generic stag beetle. lol It's a simple yet very cute creation that I'm proud of♪ ☆Tips for making cookies well!! • When using a stamp, applying flour will help the dough and the stamp separate easily. • Cut out the shapes and stamp them when the dough is well chilled, and the shape and pattern will transfer beautifully. • Use only egg yolks for the eggs to prevent the dough from puffing up too much, and mix them without incorporating air. • 5mm is recommended for the cookie dough thickness. • Using a Silpat will prevent the shape from collapsing and result in a crispy finish.
