I bought this at a store a few years ago and haven't used it once. It's quite flat. The fourth photo is of the outside of the bottom. It doesn't hold much, but it has quite a few pockets. It's made of a shaka-shaka (nylon-like) material. I think both women and men can use it! If it can't be shipped in a bag, it will be shipped in a cardboard box.
