There are 6 items in total: a T-shirt, a romper, two sleeveless tops, and two pairs of shorts. Baby clothes for 18-24 months I think it's equivalent to 90cm in Japan. The lemon-patterned dress is the type that fastens at the crotch. Upon close inspection, there is a faint yellowing over a wide area on the back. I don't think it will be noticeable when worn, but please check the photos. There is some wear and tear, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
