Both the instruction manual and all parts are included. Everything has been wiped down with disinfectant wipes. It seems it wasn't played with much, as I couldn't find any stains that wouldn't come off. Please understand that I may have overlooked something. Also, this is a used item that children have played with. Please purchase only if you understand this.
