This is a bib for a Hatsumiyamairi (Shinto shrine visit for newborns). It's a wire-frame bib. There's wire in the neck part, and you just put it on from the front, so it was easy to put on and take off for babies who haven't developed neck control yet. I bought it on Rakuten for about 3000 yen, and only used it for about an hour after purchase. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there may be oversights due to my amateur inspection.
