This is a Mokele of Iwashita New Ginger, exclusive to Tochigi Prefecture. It has never been used and still has the tag attached. The Mokele from Yamaguchi Prefecture and Hokkaido have had their tags removed, but have not been used as keychains. This is being sold to organize my child's collection!
