There is only the Hayashi Gakki stamp inside the soundhole, with no model number, but based on the truss rod on the headstock and the shape of the headstock, it is believed to be from the mid-1970s. It's a Dreadnought type, and the good quality rosewood used suggests it's a W20-25 model. This guitar was made during the Hayashi Gakki era, before the legendary guitar builder, Mr. Momose, moved to Headway in 1980, when he was the chief leader. There is a repair mark on the neck heel, but it has been corrected to the point where it is barely noticeable. There is no neck lift, and it has no effect on the sound. There are a few scratches on the tip of the headstock, but otherwise, the top, sides, back, and neck have no noticeable scratches, and I think it is a beautiful item.
