Image search shows similar items were sold on Yahoo Auctions for 2500 yen each. It seems to have been made for each of the Chinese zodiac signs. I tried to arrange them by zodiac sign, but it was difficult due to space constraints, so I took the photo with the bottom left ones jumbled together.
