The "First-Time Mom's..." book has easy-to-understand recipes organized by ingredient, and it seemed to cover the basics of baby food very well! * There are some folded pages, but it's in relatively good condition! "365 Freezing" is just as the name suggests! Following the recipes, you can make a week's worth of food in advance, separated by stage! I really relied on this book♪ It was tough to plan meals every day, so this one book was all I needed! ❇︎ * The cover is torn and not included. The inside is mostly clean, but there is some dirt and tearing on the front and back covers. Please only consider this if you don't mind.
