This is a sturdy tote bag with bamboo handles. The size can be adjusted with the snaps on the sides. Although it was written that A4 size was not possible at the time of purchase, I was able to put them in, though they stick out a little. There are no noticeable scratches on the outside, but there are some on the inside. Please understand that this is based on my personal assessment. I think it's a design that can be useful in the fall and winter.
