This is an axes femme POETIQUE dress. I purchased it several years ago and have worn it about twice. It's a long-sleeved, knee-length, blue and black two-tone dress. The dress can be put on and taken off by unzipping the zipper at the chest, and it has a design where a part of the chest is open, as shown in the third photo.
