There is some fraying, but the fabric is sturdy, so I think it's in pretty good condition. There is no shine. There are needle holes from a name tag sewn on the outside of the pocket. There is reinforcement in the center of the crotch, and there are pills on the back. No sewing issues. No major scratches or stains. The waist string has been removed. The elastic waistband is fine.
