This is a Saegusa cotton cardigan. The color is white and the size is about 5 years old, 110cm to 120cm, which should be just right for a child. The cotton is high quality and the shape is very elegant, so I think it's perfect to wear over a dress or to carry around for air conditioning. I haven't worn it much, but there are faint stains on the front and back. I don't think they are very noticeable, but how they appear can vary from person to person.
