Purchased new in the summer of 2023. I believe it's in beautiful condition, with no noticeable scratches or stains. I only used it when my baby was sleeping, so it hasn't been licked or anything! For safety, it has been disinfected with alcohol. All instructions and parts are included. Operation has been confirmed. The batteries are included. The outer box is available, but the cardboard dividers inside have been disposed of. The parts will be wrapped in cushioning material, and the outer box will be placed in a bag for shipping. *The outer box has some scratches.
