This is a sequel to the hit movie "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids," and this SF family comedy has a strangely enjoyable setting that is the opposite of the previous film. The director has been changed to Randal Kleiser, who directed "The Blue Lagoon" and others. The way the cute baby destroys the town as if playing with toys is like playing with miniature sets from monster movies, which makes it even more interesting for those who are familiar with Japanese "Ultraman" series.
