This is a two-piece yukata by HitoMi, who also holds pop-up shops annually at department stores like Mitsukoshi and Mimizukuya in Kyoto. It uses cotton cloth block-printed by artisans in India. The fabric, born in a hot region, is thin, light, and soft, allowing it to billow in the wind, making it a very cool and comfortable yukata. It might have been the coolest yukata I've ever worn. They only produce a small number of each pattern, and I understand that they generally do not re-sell the same patterns. The retail price was 26,000 to 27,000 yen. This is a two-piece style, making it easy to put on. An instruction manual on how to wear it is also included. The lower half can be worn separately as a wrap skirt with Western clothes. Sleeve length: approximately 67cm It's a free size, and I think it fits best for people around 160cm tall. I, who am just over 150cm tall, was able to wear it without any problems by adjusting how I wrapped the skirt. I wore it only once and have stored it after home cleaning.
