This is a Universal Studios Japan (USJ) Minion light necklace. I purchased it but barely used it, and it has been stored in beautiful condition. It has a function where the light turns on when you press the button. Since there are no batteries, please purchase if you can replace them. It is a neck strap type that can be worn around the neck. 5cm vertically and horizontally, strap part 36cm. I will ship as soon as the same day after purchase notification.
