This is an unused shibori yukata that was custom-made by a Japanese tailor from fabric and has been stored.
It still has the basting threads attached.
Perfect for summer festivals and evening strolls.
About Shibori Yukata
Each one is handmade. Therefore, we would appreciate your understanding of the following points:
・There may be uneven dyeing, but please understand that this is a characteristic of shibori dyeing.
・Occasionally, there may be small holes, but these are needle holes that occur when the fabric is tied.
・Color-fastening treatment is believed to have been applied, but dark colors such as black and navy may fade or transfer color, so please be careful when washing or wearing.
How to Wash
※ Wash separately as color may fade.
※ Do not soak, as the dye may come off.
・Fold the yukata and put it in a laundry net.
・Wash on the hand wash course of the washing machine, using a neutral detergent for delicate items (without bleach), for a short time, and rinse thoroughly.
・Dehydrate loosely for a short time.
・Pat and shape the garment and hang it to dry in the shade.
Hang it lengthwise.
(Ironing is not necessary. If you iron it strongly, the shibori will stretch and be ruined)
