There is one vertical line at 50cm, which is half the fabric width (100cm), and then horizontal lines at 48cm intervals. Please understand this before purchasing. It's a nice, smooth fabric, so you can use it for things other than handkerchiefs, such as double-layered lunch cloths, furoshiki (wrapping cloths), and stoles (the guidelines will be less noticeable if they are gathered).
