This is a very beautiful fukuro obi (formal obi). I believe it's from a long-established weaving house. It's in good condition with minimal wear and tear, and is easy to tie. It's also long enough. It doesn't seem to have an obi core. There are some lines running across it, but I didn't consider them to be significant damage. It has a woven peony pattern and is a very elaborate obi. As shown in the last photo, there is a small white scuff in one place, but it's not torn.
