Here are the Takken (Real Estate Transaction Specialist) reference books I used this year! As you can see in the fourth picture, the textbook has been used. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. There is also writing in the books, but it doesn't obscure the text, so I think you can use them without any problems. I am open to reasonable price reductions! Please consider purchasing them.
