It has a very calming color. ~Chokoku Yumegara-ko~ Yumegara-ko's theme is to engrave dream patterns that bring peace of mind to the stories and events of the past, the things we want to remember from nature, and our daily lives. Each piece is made by hand-blowing two layers of colored glass, and then hand-carving the design onto the vessel, expressing the pattern with a contrast of two colors. This work is produced using a glass technique similar to that used by Art Nouveau artists in Europe, such as Émile Gallé, who produced glass works from around 1870 to 1930.
