Only used a couple of times for a short period, so it's in beautiful condition. The tight design makes you look slim. The shoulders are double-layered, but the material is thin. The sleeves originally don't have buttons. I think it's in beautiful condition without any noticeable scratches or stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Center length 56cm (length near the collar 60cm), shoulder width 39cm, body width 43cm (hem width 50cm), sleeve length 57cm. These are amateur measurements, so please consider them as a general guide. It's labeled as a size L, but it felt like a size M when I wore it (there may be individual differences).
