This is a used 8-channel microphone preamplifier module from the QUAD EIGHT mixing console WESTAR. It was working without issue before being removed from the console. It has been stored indoors since then, but please note that I am currently unable to verify its operation. I also have the original WESTAR product catalog, which I will include as part of the set. Please be aware that the catalog has some wrinkles due to water damage.
