This is an H&M knit sweater. The size is listed as S, but it's a loose, oversized fit, so someone who usually wears a size M could also wear it. The length is 77cm and the width is 55cm. The sleeves are about three-quarter length. If I, who am 150cm tall, wear it, it becomes a dress. However, someone taller could wear it as a tunic. It's loose-fitting, so it covers your bottom.
