The Combi ball on the right has a mechanism that makes a "rin rin" sound when shaken and a "shaka shaka" sound when squeezed. There is no yellowing or dirt. I will remove any pilling as much as possible before shipping. All items have been home cleaned. As regular detergent was used, if you have baby-specific detergent at home, it might be reassuring to wash them again upon arrival. These items have been stored at home.
