This is a belt-attached hot/cold pack case, or icing belt, created for those times you want to warm your body with a pocket warmer or disposable body warmer, or cool it down with an ice pack. It's a set of three items: a pouch, a rubber band with Velcro, and an insulated bag. The fourth image shows how to use it. Use it when you want to cool down for heat, fever, headaches, burns, bruises, muscle pain, lumbago, or itching. Use it when you want to warm up for cold, warming activities, lower back pain, or cold protection. Depending on the size, you can wrap and secure it to various areas such as the thighs, calves, knees, arms, shoulders, lower back, and head. If you can't tie it yourself, or if it's difficult to tie in certain areas, the Velcro makes it easy to secure. It's also easy to adjust the tightness or when it loosens. For households with both adhesive body warmer users and non-users, When you don't want to stick it to your clothes, When you want to change the placement, For reusing body warmers (body warmers that have only been used a little can be sealed in a zip-lock bag and used again. You can put them in this case and secure them to your body). Please check the temperature and avoid direct contact with the skin, as it can become low or high temperature. Belt: Black rubber, either 2.5 or 3 cm wide. The soft Velcro part is 20 cm, and the hard part is 10 cm, allowing for adjustment. When the rubber is not stretched, it can be fastened to about 70-80 cm. The rubber band can be removed, so if the string is too long or too short, you can remove the belt and use a string or ribbon instead. Please be sure to check the size before considering a purchase. Pouch: The fabric is a navy blue, thin fleece-like fabric. It can be inserted from the middle like a pillowcase. The insertion area is about 15 cm x 13 cm. The color of the string passage may vary. Insulated bag: The bag is made simply from an aluminum sheet and is included as a bonus. It keeps things cold for a long time. Use it when it gets too cold or when it seems like it might get wet.
