It appears to be either a haori (traditional Japanese jacket) or a kappogi (kitchen smock). It seems to be in beautiful condition, possibly unused. It may be a custom-made item. There are no tags, but the fabric seems to be crepe-like and unlikely to wrinkle easily. It appears to be easy to put on and take off with snap buttons in the front.
