This is an original adidas Jabbar Hi 70s. This type of Jabbar is the initial model, and the next model featured Jabbar's face on the tongue. Made in France in the 70s. The color has faded overall, but the soles are still in good condition, so they can be worn, but they are probably better suited for display. Also, the size marking has disappeared, so it's unknown.
