This is a similar product to Bach's Megaphone. The craftsmanship is good, so it can be used normally for playing. I also use this myself, and it produced a thick, powerful sound characteristic of heavy-type mouthpieces. With its large cup, I think it can be used for all-around playing. Also, in my personal opinion, I felt that my mouth got less tired compared to a regular mouthpiece. (I have experience playing the trumpet from junior high school to my current adult life.)
