While many fabrics typically use high-quality two-ply yarn for the warp and single yarn for the weft, this is a genuine high-quality fabric using 100/2 yarn for both warp and weft. Extremely fine yarn can only be made from good quality raw cotton, specifically extra-long staple cotton with long fibers. Because the fibers are long, the luster and texture are superb. This is a great fabric because it uses such high-quality yarn, made into two-ply yarn, for both the warp and weft. Recommended for those who are particular about materials.
