This is an LD stand with a perpetual calendar from Kimagure Orange Road. It was a giveaway item for those who purchased the LD, as stated on the promotional poster at the time. From April '88 to March '89, it was offered to LD purchasers who applied using the application postcard included with the LD. With 100 winners each month, only 1200 were made. Because of this, it's rarely seen on the market, making it quite a rare item.
