This is the Nittou Kogyo [Kanack Planning] car audio installation kit NKK-W400. I opened it once with the intention of installing it, and I've also made a hole in the back. I've attached a grommet to the hole (see photo). I think it's convenient for neatly routing the HDMI and USB cables from the back of the navigation system. I ended up using a different method, so I won't be using this, and I'm putting it up for sale.
