This is a pair of Tricker's BURTON. Tricker's BURTON UK10 FITTING5 M5633 Color: Acorn Antique. Sole: Dainite sole. Size: UK10. Approximately 28.5-29 cm. I believe this is a rare size. Photos were taken as is. They should look great after polishing. I used Spenco insoles, so there is almost no damage to the interior. The exterior shows some signs of wear. The condition is relatively good, and there is no noticeable sagging of the leather. Comes with the original box. Founded in 1829, Tricker's is the oldest shoe factory in Northampton, England, the holy land of leather shoes, and continues to uphold traditional techniques unchanged since its founding. Their craftsmanship, known as "sturdy and strong," is so skilled that they have been awarded the "Royal Warrant" (by appointment to the British Royal Family). The BOURTON, a country shoe, is a Tricker's icon, alongside the STOW country boot. The country series is said to have originated when the British upper class went hunting in the countryside. The BOURTON inherits its design features, such as broguing, which was said to be for good drainage, a storm welt to prevent water from entering, and a durable double sole. The unique silhouette with volume and the heavy presence backed by details such as wingtips and medallions create a unique presence.
